Facebook Quietly Removed ‘It’s Free And Always Will Be’ Slogan

Facebook is undoubtedly the biggest social media platform in the world with around $2 billion users. But Facebook has undergone a significant change recently and nobody knew about this until now. The tagline of Facebook that said ‘It’s free and always will be’ is not changed to ‘It’s quick and easy’. The change has been made to Facebook without any official announcement and now everybody is wondering why the company remains so secretive about it.

Even after asking the company there has been no official response from Facebook. Facebook has been in existence for about 10 years now and it is the first time when they are changing its slogan. You get to see the tagline of this biggest social networking site on its homepage. The page attracts a lot of non-users to become a user by encouraging them to sign-up and their tagline but now that the company has changed it, people are speculating whether they are going to make facebook paid.

If reports are to be believed, the slogan was already changed a month ago around 6 or 7 August, but as the Facebook has done it so quietly no one knows about the exact timing and date. However, the reporters are constantly trying to reach Facebook get the information about the recent change made by the company but Facebook has not responded to any of the questions until now.

Another assumption is been made regarding this. Some time back the European Parliament announced that as Facebook is based on the exchange of data so it will also be considered a mode of payment.
