Xiaomi introduces new affordable device, but you can’t buy it

The device named Mi Play comes at an affordable price of $160 but will only be available in the local market of Asia. Created by the Chinese smartphone creator Xiaomi, the company will test out the devices locally before bringing it for the international buyers.

The device also sports a 3000 mAh battery, fingerprint sensor on the rear, microUSB port, and an eight-core 12nm MediaTek based P35 Processor.

The buyers for this phone in China will get their hands on 1 year worth free data. The company promoted its new cellphone with the creation of a huge display shaped as a Christmas tree comprised of 1005 units that bagged Xiaomi the world record.
